Bill the Bug stars in Panwapa. His job is to track the location of Panwapa Island on the globe.
The puppet is recycled from Bug, who was also performed by Joey Mazzarino.

"The brainiac on the island, he is the inventor and go-to guy for gadgets and information. He owns a laptop computer that he is very proud of and always eager to demonstrate. He also maintains the community globe on which he identifies the current location of their beloved floating island. He lives in a tree house crammed full of objects he’s collected over the years.[1]"
