Charlie is a dark brownish-olive, one-eyed fat germ with bit lighter spots, and with both of his hands having bear-clawed fingers, wore in a dark greenish-teal sweater and with dark teal Stocking hat.

Charlie appeared among as one of Thrax's new henchmen as they went to the Sinus Dam. As they enter the scene, Charlie talks to Thrax as if this is his plan by having Frank a sore throat and then a running nose, as other people in the body would just only think him as a "common cold" before grabbed by Thrax as he said until he make a move as to be sure it is wanted to make them think. Charlie and other germs goes to the escape once the Dam begin to break.
