14 1/2 years old, is a fat, bungling magician whose spells almost never turn out correctly. But in Chicken Spots and Big Top Bang Bang, they worked. In 4 Eyes, 2 Minds, Binngure said that Turtle may be smart, but they are "wise guys" (as in smart-mouthed). His magic is barely functioning because he normally recites the chants from his book either while reading it upside down, or mistranslating it. Its almost as if he does black magic!
