Wendy O. Koopa, formerly known as Kootie Pie Koopa, is a character from the Mario franchise.

Powers[]
- Magic: like all the Koopalings, including Bowser, Wendy herself possesses magic.
- Ring manipulation: she can create rings with her magic scepter that ricochet around the arena and can also create them without it.
- Self-replication: she can use her scepter to make spinys disguised as copies of herself and do it for real in Super Mario World: Mario to Yoshi no Bōken Land.
- Fire breath: in the Mario and Luigi series, she was able to blow fire balls from her mouth.
- Shell protrusion: she can utilize her shell to spin around in it.
- Superhuman durability: she survived falling into lava and her castle being destroyed.

- Ice-skating: she is very adept at ice-skating.
- Swimming: she can swim pretty well too.

Super Mario Bros. 3[]
She appears as a boss and generates rings while fighting Mario.
Super Mario World[]
She fights Mario again but with special dolls that move along with her to trick Mario.
